Our values
The Parkville Project is dedicated to pushing the limits of our capabilities within the constraints of our lives. Training structure is balanced between intervals, thresholds/tempo runs and time-trials. We are performance focused, targeting cross country and road racing in the winter while in the summer XC is substituted for track running. We are here to support each other’s goals with our core values being consistency, hard work, and balance.
